Today’s Pearl of Christmas is an Angel of the Rockies living a life of love and service to the Creator, her family, and others; local and global.  This serious, funny, and sometimes seriously funny woman, wife, mother, and grandmother has a heart for reaching out to hurting people with the comfort of her person.  Her name is Teila Tankersley.

Teila is a freelance writer for the Yahoo Contributor Network highlighting people, topics and stories that are upbeat and sometimes even controversial. She also write for Full of Knowledge.

I met Jovy some years ago when she was with her daughters in a library.  We occasioned to speak to each other in our comings and goings.  Our families became friends.  The Starbucks across the street from the library became an incidental place to meet.

Today’s Pearl is Lonee Taylor, exceptional soul.  Lonee is an author, blogger, talk show host, workshop facilitator, inspirational speaker, and mom.  

Exceptionally talented, Lonee’s seminal work addressed the consequences of HIV and AIDS as crime on the relationships of family, work, and spiritual life.  The Domino Series: Sherry Tate, a must read for all maturing teens and adults saves lives.

Lonee and I became friends when she lived in Phoenix.  I was a guest on her talk show.  She joined the Hummingbird Pictures team on location for Coming of the Red Rain.  We are both Aries and can stop working on ways to make life a better experience for all we can reach.

Her latest work is "What's the Best That Can Happen?" In it, Lonee has brilliantly bridged the gap bringing spirituality to the masses through plain language and easy to understand concepts. She introduces the joy of purpose by conquering by internal world and the ability to engage the external. Lonee Taylor is an exceptional soul.

Today’s Pearl, Sarah Charles Lum lives on the island paradise of Trinidad.  She dreams photography, runway images, and stays home to watch America’s Next Top Model. She is a married mom of four beautiful children, three princesses and a prince; Mai ling 9, Sue ling 7, Kim ling 6, and Ling 2 to be strong spiritually, respectful, and independent.  Sarah loves being a mom.

A big evening for Sarah is relaxing in the bathtub with soothing music, scented candles day dreaming of fashion shows and photography. She does not understand racism and cannot imagine how people make such a difference over color.

The image of ocean best represents Sarah perception of life.  Water and wind are sometimes calm.  Sometime, they are rough.  An attitude of loving and forgiveness helps to stay centered whatever the conditions.
